This is a flat rate throughout the year excluding peak times listed below.

Our rate for the peak times listed below is £450 p/w.

- Christmas (21st Dec - 31st Dec)
- New Years (1st Jan - 10th Jan)
- Easter (April 3rd - 25th April)

- £200 deposit for your selected dates.
